Please note payment must be received before goods can be forwarded. The following payment options are available: Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, and Direct Bank Deposit.

All prices quoted are in AUD. Prices are subject to change, unless ordered within 24 hours of original pricing. Notification of changes will be sent if prices change after this time as material costs fluctuate daily.

Where possible our preference is for the customer to pick up ordered items personally. However, if customers are unable to collect, all parcels will be sent through Australian Post via registered mail.

In the unlikely event that a fault is found with our product please return (within 14 days) to us with receipt for our inspection to occur. If the item is found to be agreeably faulty, a replacement will be given at no extra cost (including postage). Once the item has been made and wilfully accepted, change of mind or alteration (other than that required for fault or repair within 14 days of receipt of item), will incur additional cost. No liability is accepted by us for loss by Australia Post, damaged or accidental misuse of the product, other than for the manner intended for the item.

We go to considerable effort to ensure that the materials we use in our jewellery are sourced by us from Australian businesses, where possible. This ensures that we only use materials of the highest quality and we support the Austrlian economy.
